Afterwards, have lunch at the Graham Brothers Dairy Bar or tour through The Journey of Faith exhibit that depicts the inspiring journey of Billy Graham’s life.
Summer Pops: Star Wars The Music

This year marks the 40th anniversary of the Star Wars movie franchise. Quote “Luke, I am your father” and experience a journey to a galaxy far, far away as the Charlotte Symphony plays musical highlights by composer John Williams that span all seven films. Parking is free, and gates open at 5 p.m. A prelude performance by Woodie and the String Pullers will begin at 7 p.m. New this season: Pre-order a chef-curated picnic basket from Reid’s Fine Foods before the concert, or purchase a selection of meats, cheeses, sandwiches, salads, desserts, wine and beer from them at the show.

Dog dads – this is for you! USNWC will host their 6th annual Brew Stash Bash, featuring live music and an impressive selection of the nation’s top craft beers and local favorites. Before you sip, kick off your morning with yoga and Brew Stash Breakfast. The Brew Dash 6K Trail Race will also have a competition and recreational heat. Craft beer sampling goes from 1 p.m. – 6 p.m., and live music is provided by four different bands.
